Want perennials for sun and shade please

I need perennials that will fill in my full sun bed and calm it down some. I've got a lot of daylilies, iris, brugs and lilies in there and well it just needs some more color and some plants to fluff it up a bit. Really want some perennials for butterflies and hummingbirds to go in here among others.

For shade I need native woodland plants for my woodland gardens. And....perennials for my hosta garden. Would love some brunnera (sp).

I have white gooseneck loosestrife (not the invasive seeder) that is very lovely. Its flowering now so we should wait a bit, do you have anything to trade?

I've got purple coneflower and rudbekkia and should have some shasta daisy

but probably so does everyone else! LOL

I have some tall, white penstemon and penstemon Husker Red (blooms have just the slightest pink tinge), but the stalks and leaves are interesting; I have a couple of plants of pulmonaria and lady's mantle for the shade.
I am intereted in the Strawberry Candy and the ginger if it is hardy in zone 5.
