Pretty colors

Ellabell, GA(Zone 8a)

This is a Red Spotted Purple that didn't want to pose.
I had to settle for one upside down photo and one with the wings not flat. I just love the bright colors of this one though, and thought I show it to y'all.

Here's the under side of the wings.
Hm, it's really brightly colored but the thumb nail does't show it. I hope it looks better enlarged.

Very pretty Kris!!

I figured out that when I can't get a upright picture of one I go ahead and take it anyways then I make the ajustments after I get them uploaded. I use ULead program that came with my scanner, but I know there are others like PhotoShop too. Most all of them have a thing where you can turn them in different directions.
So don't let that stop you from taking that upside down pic! Just click away and fix it later.

Okay, I turned it over, but now the flower is upside down instead.
I guess I can just pretend that it was one of those drooping flowers. Good idea Mollybee.

Lots of my butterfly bush blooms hang down like that when the butterflies get on them or even when they are growing lower down on the plant. Plus if ya didn't tell anyone....they probably wouldn't even notice the flower being upside down, because the butterfly is what catches your eye first and for most.
Keep on clicking them pics!
Very good one I think!

A beaute, we don't have these ones up here.
I do not mind which direction the butterfly is on the picture, I adore it any way around ;)
