Butterfly is another pretty one. Yours look great Eyes. Looks like we have the same ones. I don't have that first one though.

One of my favorites is Princess Di. Have others in the garden that I haven't taken pictures of yet. Had never really enjoyed cannas so much until I came to Daves Garden and saw what was out there to trade and buy. Love Horn Canna Farms. Great prices and so many to chose from.

all I have is plain ol Freds Dollar store cannas---keep coming back to these,---think Im gonna have to start investigating these closer? they are growing on me. cheryl

Cheryl, I think it was Eyes, but not sure, that put me on to Horn Canna Farms. Their prices are so cheap and the rhizomes are great. I'd say just about as cheap as Fred's.

Yep, Brugie, looks like we got the same taste, I have the Madam Butterfly and Princess Di, too.

Eyes, of dozen kinds of cannas that I got from Horns, there isn't a bad one in the bunch. Do have one that is extremely dwarf but that is okay with me. I'll sure order from them again. It would be almost easier to just order new than have to dig them all up this fall.

3 or 4 ft,not very tall.

I'll do some research later today while I'm adding to my want list for next year, will let you knoe if I find it. Right now it's looking like an Eric Neubert to me.

What ever it is ,it was missnamed by HD.

I had City of Portland last year, but it must have been mismarked. Didn't look like Root's. I didn't hold it over either. Wasn't happy with the way it looked. I believe it was mostly yellow. Don't you just love buying something and finding out it wasn't what it was supposed to be?
