Sick baby chick

I need your help.. I don't know what to take care of a baby chick. It look like chick got a infection eye, around eyes. I don't want it to spread to other baby chicks or chickens.. Do I need to remove baby chick and away fromt them or what? That chick did not eat well and just sleeping alone. It have been going for a week.. It look like weak..
