Question about buds?

I have a seedling that has little tiny buds. It has been this way for over a month. The buds don't appear to be getting any bigger. The are perhaps a 1/4 of a inch long. They are nice and green. They just won't grow! Any tips?

They are taking their own sweet time? I have some like that, they stay teeny for what seems like forever, then they start growing.

I suppose it doesn't help that I check on them three or four times a day! They just sit there mocking me. So you sure they will grow Cala? *grin*

I read somewhere that versi are more prone to doing that....
saving it all up for a big show.....
