I just found a recipe for making elderberry jam using stevia for the sweetner,WHoo_HOOO ! Gonna try a batch when I get back...Imagine,pure gelled fruit,w/no chemical sweetners.
HAS anyone tried useing stevia this way? Thanks,;~) SB
