I've lurked here so long-thought it was time to pay up!
The Forums are great-I've learned alot since becoming a
paying member. I've fallen madly in love with Lilies
(water and landlocked) Brugs, Japanese Irises and Passiflora
and I'm sure I will find many more here!
I started collecting water lilies 8 years ago and got
my father hooked as well-between us we have 30 different
varieties so I'm sure I will be posting on the Canadian
Trade Forum alot-I don't want to make the whole back yard
into a lake!
It is a real pleasure to see such informative postings!

Hi Everyone
Welcome to Dave's Garden, Lilypon. Isn't it a fun and informative place?
It can't be beat!
My whole side yard is a pond so why not your whole back yard a lake? LOL Welcome to DG.
I have over 30 different waterlilies myself. Love em and they sure decorate our half acre pond. They are real traffic stoppers too.
Welcome, Lilypon, from South Louisiana. You already know you are gonna love it here. =)

Welcome...Welcome...Welcome
Lilypon!
Lilypon glad to See You Here!
Saw Your Post on the Water Gardens Forum.
I Have Friends just down the Road from You...
in Swift Current.
It's Great to See another Northwesterner!
Well Sort of North...North/Northwesterner...lol.
Welcome from a very DRY Arizona! Glad you came. Jo
Thank you everybody for such a lovely welcome!
I'm so amazed by the information available here.
I just wish that trading was easier over the border!!!
I'll just drool alot! An awful lot!!!! I gather trading
seeds is more likely to be passed by customs.
Welcome Lilypon - moonlighting from hot and dry Texas is waving at ya!.......
Hi Moonlighting!
Glad to meet another waterbug!
likewise........ :o)
Welcome to Daves Lilypon. Love the name of your home town.
Hi Brugie
It is a unique name-it tends to get noticed-
usually on one the American late night shows!
I think they look at a map to find the different
-they haven't discovered that Sask. also has
Climax, Semans, etc. I could see Jay killing himself
over those! They are listed in very fine print however.
Looking forward to learning from all of you-I'll
have to start going back in the Brugmansia and Friends
history to learn more tips and tricks! I bought a
couple of Brugs from Liz and have been constantly
emailing her with questions. I discovered Dave's
in March and it was driving me crazy not being able
to see all the pictures blown up never mind all the
answers in the forums! My brugs will be thanking all
of you!
Welcome to DG lilypon, that is the name of our most famous water garden shop here in Frederick only with a "d" on the end. I have a big pond full of spatterdock, it's got to go, and I have one big container of lotus, which have to be my favorite. Nice to have you,
Candee
Hi Haighr
I'd love to help you unload some of your spadderdock-
I've never grown it! What Lotus are your growing?
We have Charles Thomas-I thought it would be easier to
lug inside this fall, but would love to be able to grow
a large one!
