Do I owe you? I am waiting for more boxes. Sigh...

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I have been working too much lately and my appliances decided to go on strike as well. LOL As soon as I get boxes, I'll start mailing again.
Thanks!

Boy I'll say you do!! Seems I remember hearing you as you walked around your garden the other day saying to yourself how you really wanted to send Mollbee a surprise box! ROFLOL Just kidding ya!
Take it easy and don't be working yourself too hard now ya hear!!

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

LOL Molly! Don't tell me you still have naked dirt??? I'm heading to bed. They pulled the double trucks on us again so I have to be at work at midnight. Bleck!!

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Girl I have been pacing up and down chasing and harassing the mail man, thinking he was holding out on me!!!!LOL!!!!You are too funny,I'm probably the most patient man here, and forgetful!!!I did not remember, lol!!!!!!
I think us DGers have the PO running short of boxes!I know I'm out, gonna have to recycle the ones I got today!

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Yep I still have naked dirt! Can you believe it?!! I don't think that one can have tooo many plants do you?!! Shoot I'll thin out something to send to someone and the whole time I'm thinking to myself, what can I get to fill that back in! LOL

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Last I heard you owe me 6 boxes......LOL

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

LOL You all are too much! Six boxes you say??? ROTFLOL I know I owe you grasses and grasses and have to scrape up a Lotus. I guess that is about six boxes! LOL My post office only stocks the shirt type size boxes now and very few of them. I have to wait for some of those poster ones and big square ones. You'd think they hurry since they'll make money off it! LOL
Molly, what do you need? I have been ripping out perennials to make room for my tropicals.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Hey,I had to try!LOL

Franklin, LA(Zone 9a)

What is going on with the PO and their boxes, anyway? You can't get anything but the 'shirt boxes' and the 'triangle tubes' anymore. =(

And it takes forever to get the tubes shipped to you. *sigh*
I'm recycling while I wait.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

LOL Karyn!

I actually need some of those long triangle boxes for some of these plants. None at my p.o. I would recycle some boxes but they are all recycled! LOL

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

O Badseed I am just messin with ya. I am in a tight fix for now and can't mail out any boxes because I am without a car, so I would hate to work out a trade with ya knowing I can't send anything in return. I was just playin with ya anyways :D

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Who said anything about a trade????? ;) Hey, you don't even have a trade list or wish list!

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Hee hee My wish is all in my head! LOL My trade list is so short that if I did post it, they would be just plain jane things to all ya'll big time gardeners!!

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I need triangle tubes too,we can't get them at local PO,will go to the Main one to see.

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Tc, Can you not order them online and have them delivered to your house? I was told at my PO when I asked for a roll of tape that I could order all that on line.
Just a thought.

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I was just surfing in there and do not see the triangle box?

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Hey Root, you have to go to the usps.com website and search for Priority-Express Mail Tube. That will pull up the long triangle boxes for mailing posters. They work great for mailing tall plants. :O)

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Thanks will check it out!

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I can't find most of the boxes I use to order on line......

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

'chele,
Give me a yell at work I've got boxes on top of boxes.
Remember shipping is what we do. LOL
Except for the triangles what size/sizes do you need?

Ric

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I got my boxes! I got my boxes!! LOL I actually got them last week but it was too late in the week to start mailing stuff. The little ones came like Monday but I had to wait a few more days for the big ones and long ones. I am back in business! Wooo hooo! Who wants plants?? LOL

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

3 boxes please! LOL Just kidding!

Did you know that mailing out boxes on Saturday usually means the box will arrive the Monday after?!! Had a lady at the PO tell me that alot of folks don't mail out on Saturday because they "think" the boxes sit in the PO all weekend....when in fact they are always on the move, even on Sunday! The last 2 plant trades I mailed out was on a Saturday and the folks e/mailed me on Monday afternoon and told me that their box had arrived that a/m! Went from Ga to Tx too!
Have a good one, and may there always be dirt under your nails! LOL

Southwestern, OH(Zone 6b)

Anytime you want to get rid of plants, just give me a holler, you won't even have to mail em!!

LOL

Melissa

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Molly, Saturday is actually my favorite day to mail because of the reason you stated. My post office cannot leave anything sitting over the weekend so they go out immediately. Unfortunately, that is the one day I stay at work passed 9am. Sigh. I usually am at work until anywhere between 1-3. boo hoo. Our hours are going to change back to what they were originally which is 10pm until 6:30am. That means very little sleep for me or very little time with the kids. They won't get in from school until about 3:45. OH, I do clean my nails to go to work! LOL I did find spots of mastic on parts of my body after I got to work last night though! giggle
Melissa you are welcome to visit whenever you get a notion. Just call ahead I told ya, so I can hide some of the filth! he he he

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Hopefully they will change your hours here soon, afterall with #6 coming along you got to have more time with the girls right now. Plus fall clean up is just around the corner and we all know what that means! YUCK!! Worst part of the whole summer is fall clean up!! Its almost like cleaning up after a party when everyone has already gone home LOL
Take it easy girl!

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I don't want the hours to change! LOL Right now I can go to bed between 8-9 and get up at 2 am and go to work at 3 and be back home around 9am. When they change the hours, I'll have to get up by 9pm which means I'd have to go to bed at 4 to get the same amount of sleep. Since I am not likely to go to bed at 4, I'll be getting little to no sleep at all. :( And as Christmas nears, they expect us to work 6-7 nights a week. Harumph!

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

O ok got cha :)
