cornbread salad

anyone ever heard of this? If not you should try it it's excellent.I know people who will not eat any of the veggies seperate but will eat this once assembled.
you will need 2 boxes of cornbread mix such as jiffy mix made according to recipe on box or your own cornbread recipe if you have one.
1c sour cream
1c mayonnaise
1 sm pkt dry ranch dressing mix
1 15oz can pinto beans drained
1 15oz can whole kernel corn drained
2 tomatoes diced
2 cucumbers diced
1 bell pepper chopped
1 sweet onion diced
bake cornbread in 9x13 pan. Mix sour cream,mayo and ranch mix together and set aside. prepare all vegetables and mix in a large bowl.crumble half of cornbread in bottom of pan,top with half of the veggie mixture and then spread half of the dressing mixture over that.Repeat for second layer. Top with grated cheese of your choice and enjoy.
