Does anyone have a start of this they would like to trade for other tropicals--Xanthosoma violaceum. Saw this on a recent trip to FL and couldn't believe how beautiful. It has a dusty black stem-not violet.

Root, silly me saw one in a nursery in FL and didn't get it. Was already taking plants back in truck. I don't know what I was thinking.
Gosh Barb,I just did some surfing for it,there are alot of sites confusing it with Violet stem,I did find a pic of a Monster VooDoo I put a link to in Brug forum.if I find the Xan I will let you know.
