I had to leave the house early in order to get a newspaper. If you don't go early, they are all gone. Can't get anyone to deliver papers up here in the boondocks. So I just went on to the track. And that's the good news. From the first few days when I limped around only one time, until now(only 3 weeks later), I can comfortable walk the track many times without limping. I have more energy because my stamina is up. This is my best accomplishment so far, in dieting. I didn't expect it to get so much easier so fast. But I was really careful to only do what I could and not push myself so I didn't get sore and quit. So for those of you who are not exercising because it is so hard or painful, just start with walking around a city block or walking a little in the mall. If you do it every day, it will get noticably easier and easier every day.
