I don't know if it is a good deal or not, but you can't even walk into a store around here and buy one! LOL Trust me, I have been pushing for it too.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I sure think you got a bargain! We don't even have any in stores here, have to send away for all mine! $10. postage alone + the price of the plant. That is a nice one.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Root, I really wonder if this one is Maya.

Bedford (DFW), TX(Zone 8a)

Looks a great deal and a healthy plant! I've never ran across brugs in my area. I think you couldn't go wrong for $10...it's variegated too.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Great find! so big and fat for a 4 inch pot. Looks like my P & C labeled one that Brugie convinced me was really Maya, Root. It is a great plant!

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I thought it was a Maya too Ludger,I checked all the labels they were the same, there was a sweet little lady in line in front of me,she has never seen a brug, said she had a great sunroom,so I asked for a knife and gave her the 6inch sport it had,so maybe I have hooked someone else,LOL!The girl at the GH couldn't believe it as I asked for a knife and started cutting on it even before I paid for it,LOL!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Sunset=Maya. same brug

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Dr Root, you are a nice gentleman. I enjoy your doing.
That Lady will be happy to have met you.

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Thanks Ludger and tiG,I looked in BGI and only saw one pic close to it.
Ludger I love to share with folks, wish I had got her number to check on how it does.

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

if I start stalking you with a shopping buggy Root, dont be alarmed, just head to the lawn and garden section and get something thats not too delicate?

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

LOL Plays I'm the one that is always stalking the garden center, maybe we can start a gang?

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

Root: Boy did you get a great deal and so healthy. Take a look at Maya's leaves that I posted here http://davesgarden.com/t/387080/
Looks like you have a happy healthy Maya/Sunset--they are the same brug.

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Sounds like you got a good deal. Nobody around here ever even heard of a brug much less sells them .

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Debby it sure looks like it!I'm pretty happy with it,can't wait to see it bloom, they had some that had Yed but this one looked good and straight,I bet Ted is looking for buds, you'll need more room when he gets to see them blooming!Would be nice if you could have one in a small enough pot to put in the pond room!I was thinking of you two today while I was in the pond department,I got some duckweed so I'm happy now, pond is coming along.Tell Ted Hey for me.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

You lucky man you!

the only brug I found around here was a 1 footer for 25 bucks!

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I hope to share cuttings of this one in the future,LMK CC if it one you are looking for.

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

Root: Maya, Snowbank, Brugies-- Strawberry Creme and Pristine are all going to share the sunporch with the pond. They are all in 5 to 7 gallon pots on the patio where I can watch over them. Of course I will have cuttings to share of Strawberry Creme, Maya and Pristine.
Yeah, ol Ted is even looking for buds[brug blooms, that is.]
Your fish will love duckweed. Glad to hear your pond is coming along, another addiction.HE.HE!! Isn't it great.

OC, CA & Twin Lakes , IA(Zone 4b)

Don't forget me with the cuttings ( oh dear, where will I put them). I've got Brug fever. Oh No!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Strawberry Creme is Eric's cross and Pristine is Kyle's cross. I was just lucky enough to have grown them from seed these guys gave me.

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

Brugie: I should of stated that. Somehow, I still think of them as yours. I will have to send you a pic of strawberry creme, she is getting big. Pristine is tall and thin, evidently trying to be a tree.LOL. Kyle gave me the Maya, so that will always be his, she is getting big too. They do love this hot, humid weather. Glad they do. I certainly don't.

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Tonasket, WA(Zone 5a)

Root, I sure wish there were places within my driving area where i could go and see brugs for sale. Looks to me like you got a great deal. Maybe we can trade when the weather cools down some. I got Snowbank a couple or so weeks ago and it is developing some side shoots. Sure hope it blooms before frost. It is very hot here, but not much humidity. Donna

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

Root: Your pond is lookin good. Like the slat piece with the spitter sitting on it. Plants lookin good and happy.

CHARITON, IA(Zone 5a)

I CAN JUST HEAR YOUR POND TONIGHT ROOT. GREAT JOB! LOVE THE BRUG ALSO. HAVE ONE FROM SHIRLEY I AM TRYING TO GROW THIS YEAR. Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)
