PEACH OR APRICOT BUTTER IN THE CROCKPOT
4 (28 oz.) cans peaches or apricots, drained and pitted
3 or 4 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 TBS lemon juice
Puree fruit in blender or strainer.
Pour into crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients cover
and cook on high 8 to 10 hours.
Remove cover last half of cooking.
Stir occasionally.
