Removal of a member

It happens occasionally, that I am given the unhappy job of removing a member from Dave's Garden, in an effort to restore peace to the community. This morning, I removed Tonny_and_Lene from the forum, as a result of the recent fighting centered around him.

This is the E-mail that I sent to him:

Hi Tonny,

I'm sorry to say that your presence on Dave's Garden is hurting
this community, and my ability to gain and keep new members.

Section 10 of our Acceptable Use Policy (which all members agree
to when they signup) states:

"10. ...may terminate member accounts and delete any and all
account information at any time, without notice, for conduct that
violates these guidelines or for any conduct that Dave's Garden
believes is harmful to the business of Dave's Garden, or to any
of its users or partners."

I believe the fighting that is happening at the Brug forum is
damaging to Dave's Garden.

I am given no choice but to remove your account, and the account
of anyone else who desires to continue to propagate fighting or
ill will toward other members.

I hope you understand. If you would like a pro-rated refund of
the remainder of your subscription, I'll be happy to provide.

Pity it has come to this.
