I am wondering how best to root these ground covers. I have a small fortune invested in them, and I would like to begin propogating my own to avoid further expense.
First. I would like to know the best way of cutting them.
Second, Would it be a good idea to use Root Tone?
Third, Is it ok to just stick them in the ground, or should I start them in cell trays.
Thanks for your generous help.

Grand Haven MI
Rooting Vinca Minor, Vinca Major, and Pachysandra
The vinca's root very easily and the vinca magor can take over a large area very fast. In fact it is downright invasive here.
Just poke it in the dirt and water it!
