they sprayed fertilizer and burned the leaves on my roses n zinnias---but my brugs dont seem to care---they are too busy with the hoppers I guess :( I wonder if some plants are more suspeptable than others--my daisies look fine---just about everyone looks good but you can see the direction it drifted across,----I hope who ever did that stumps his or her toe. sighhhhhhhhh cheryl

Cheryl, that IS bad news. I hope that your plants will soon recover, but sometimes it does take a long time for new leaves to cover up the burned ones. Glad the brugs are okay, but it does take more than just brugs to make a garden. Bet yours is/was beautiful.
awww Brugie thank you--mines in the front yard cuz the backyard is filled with skateboards, bikes, trampoline, a pool and rough half naked little savages who bring more of their tribe and try to eat up all my food. I made the beds out of rock, and lined them with old sheets, the abore was made out of an old swimming pool fence, and half my plants came from "relocation" projects--cuttings--seeds and close outs. Im not cheap by nature, just by necessity. lol
gee that means insecticide blows onto your property also.............ick! i hope they have to warn you with what they are spraying so you can go inside to protect your selves and take all the kid's toys in.
Kell, this is the south---the rural south even.....I once tried to complain but they said that even if they came out to write up a report, they had to have three strikes against them before something else really lame happened. and then they warned me that who ever sprayed would know who reported it. *that sounds kinna scary*??? I just let it go.... As far as insecitcide goes, most are hard on fish and so far I havent had any belly up after a spray. I can deal with the fertilizer I guess but the cotton defoliant down the road ought to be illegal..... cheryl
