Well I am ready to get back at it this morning. I had a temperary set back last night but I will just use that as my treat night this week and get back at it today. I just felt deprived last night and wanted to eat. I tried to fight it off but gave in. I feel bad because I don't want to give in to those kind of cravings and eat because I'm tired or depressed or anything but hungry. I want my treat nights to be planed not old habits creeping in. Just have to take it one day at a time. I can do it I know I will.
