I'm in zone 9.
Yes,it a perrenial but I treat it as annual.
I harvested the seeds from the plant ,
sowed them and planted the seedlins in pots in autumn.

The foliage at the base is eGolden feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium var.aureum)'
This plant has very attractive golden foliage and white flowers.
