I have updated my trade list again... and this time people who'd like ground cover plants will have a sellection of sedum, and a few other things!
Now I'm going to vent... you can just skip this part! :)
It's gotten so that it's useless to try to look for a plant or seed through the DG "Seed/Plant Trading" option of the "DG Network"... too many people never update thier lists, or have been gone from DG for so long that thier e-mail address no longer work. The Plant Trading forum and the Seed Trading forum are the only options left. Sorry, I'm just venting... I just wish I could actually brouse what people really currently have available... you never know when you can stumble on to something you didn't know you wanted!

Oh.... I feel so guilty! I don't mean anything by my ranting... you all just have bigger better things to do! Not me... I'm hopeless, my only source of recreation... my only hobby... my only source of relaxation is my gardens! I know it's quite pathetic... may be one day I'll "get a life" but for now it's just me, my young son, and my gardens.
My trade list is hopelessly out of date too. I've considered just deleting it all and starting over, which is what I will probably do if I ever get my journal up to date. I'm working on that most of my spare time right now.
Who needs a life? We have a garden!
Besides, my dogs keep stopping to sniff my Dahlia's! How funny is that.
I have an online business, so I'm here most of the day. But when I take the time to garden online, I need to check a few things and get outside!
I just went to make my FIRST trade list here and found it's quite time-consuming. I made my very first trade page on GardenWeb in an hour or less and that's pretty much where it's always been. It's easy to edit and I can go about my life.
I'm happy to keep that one updated. Does anyone object to me referring to IT when I want to trade? At least for now? It's a lot of work to maintain 2 or 3 trade pages.
I'm sure it's not a problem. :) But I wouldn't ever suggest you try to do it the other way (refuring people from Garden Web to your list here)... at least not on your trade page or in a forum. Dave is a aimiable guy but Spike (runs Garden Web) is not so kind and may take hostile action against you.
that action is banned from the site. my Friends sister was a member of gardenweb and tried to show a pic of something from here as the lady had the only picture she could find of the seeds. she posted it then was asked to post it agian and posted the link Spike caught it the second time and bam she was out with out no explantion. then after a few heated emails she found the reason why. so please if you like gw dont post a thing from or about gw. imzadi
