Last year I was given some dat seed --plain old white by a little old lady down the road. I didnt fertilize much---or spray, and they bloomed their silly heads off. This year I planted several kinds of dats (thanks Glory and many others) and I have given them lots of TLC---or at tried to anyway. well they are growing in slow motion? and I have only had one bloom? Do dats just like abuse? cheryl

Yep...they sure do....mine seem to grow faster when the soil is dry too!
well thats it for the dats----bread and water---perhaps Ill tease them as well and pinch them when I walk by?
