Dear TomTom, thanks for all the beautiful treats you have been posting.

Where are you from? And where are the wonderful plant pics taken at?

Dear Lavanda,
Thank you for your comment.
I'm from Japan.
I took this picture at my small garden.
What kinds of campanulas do you grow?

I live in texas and Mexico (go back and forth between both), and I really thought they could not stand all the heat we get. But I was given a plant and am waiting to see if it will survive.

Are campanulas yor favorite? what other types of plants do you admire?

I could have sworn I had already posted here. I love this one especially! It looks like one of my Adenophoras though the flowers of mine stand up more.

Lavanda,

Campanulas seem to dislike heat and damp,I think.
We have hot days over 30 continuously in summer.
It's difficult to thrive them over summer.

Yes,campanulas are ones of my favoriates.
I also like so many other species that I feel dizzy when I 'm asked what I'm asked.

Let's hope together that the plant you were given will survive the heat successfully!

Psilo

You too have this lovely Symphyandra?
Campanulaceaes look so much like each other that I sometimes
can't tell one from another.

No Tomtom I dont grow this one but I would love to trade seed with you if you would like?

I am interested in growing a collection of these and Adenophora. I have a few Campanula but I seem to get a problem with rust on many of the species.

Psilo,
I 'm willing to. I 'll check my seed stock
and make my seed trade list soon.

Campanulas are not easy to grow exactly,
but I love them very much.

In my climate, a lot of campanulas except C.rotundifolia, A.confusa,C.rupuncloides,C.punctata ,C.porcharskyana fade away because of summer heat.
