Red Hot Pokers

"down the Shore", NJ(Zone 7a)

Will have a good number of Red Hot Pokers (Kniphofia) available when they are done blooming in the next few weeks. Would like to make a few trades for perennials with white flowers. I am building a Meditation Garden for my sister's new home. Also interested in hardy plants with white variegated leaves. Thanks, John

Lori, I cut the stem, stripped off bottom leaves, scraped along the bottom of the stem and then dipped in rooting hormone. Linda

John, I would love to get some red hot pokers from you for my sister. She is dying to have some for her gardens. I have a plant that I think is chamomile (was told that may be what it is) that is a early spring/summer periennial plant that would be great in a meditation garden. It is a small white daisy like blooms with yellow centers and ferny leaf foliage plant. I have pics of it if you would like to see it. It is coming to the end of it's season now but I think I can still find some to send. I may have a variegated geum but will have to look (if it will ever stop raining). I also have the sweet autumn clematis for fall bloom in the meditation garden. And I have just regular white iris too. Let me know if any of these may interest you. Ohh I may have a small start of a oxalis type plant that has white blooms. My mind is still thinking here---it takes it a while to get going. LOLOL LMK if interested. Thanks, CB
