Previously, I asked about keeping two Buff Orpington hens (no roosters) in the back yard. I wanted to know if they made a lot of noise (didn't want to disturb the neighbors).
Someone mentioned that chickens eat young plants. That is understandable. But can anyone tell me if they also eat mature, established plants and big vegetable plants? I am terribly uninformed about this. -- Jean
