Yep, have displays in lots of parks in the area but somehow with the kids all grown, it's not as much fun any more . :(

Gee, you have seven years to get ready for an onslaught of visitors. Should be a great party; I know Calgary's was. I celebrated Canada Day by running the 15k road race with family members who were home from the states. Quite proud of myself; I finished in much better shape (not faster) than the first time I ran that distance two years ago. Last nite we celebrated the 4th for our american visitors with a tapas party. I think my neighbours wonder what's up with the american flags flying and a load of not very talented people singing the american anthem at 11 pm. Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. God is currently watering my plants for me; good man/woman/person!
