My sister is on the Atkins diet, and has pretty much been telling me the things she can and can't eat. So I thought well "I" can do that!! Much harder than I thought!! I seem to do ok during the day but at night I fall completely off the diet wagon! All I can think of is sweet sweet sweet! and salty slaty salty!
I must admit that the low or no carb diet gives you lots of different foods that are some what good and tastey but I think I miss the sugar the most!
Anyone else here ever done the Low Carb diet??
If so what was the results? Did ya like it??
