Remailey seedless grapes?

I have about 8 varieties of grapes. I bought this one while dormant this spring, and it never amounted, and died.
I went to the store today and bought another, I noticed all of them had some sort of dieback, while Canadace and Lakemont were very nice. Anyone know this variety? Is a weak?
