Andrea,

You posted 2 pictures of your Clematis in two different colors. Top picture has more lavender color and the bottom picture has more pink. Which one is correct? Or is it my monitor that needs to be fine tuned???

Believe it or not -- it was the same camera, same plant, same time of day -- slightly different angle. I would say it is lavender with a touch of pink.

my camera does that too. I have the sweetest mg in light blue with a light pink star. I havn't posted a picture of it because it always comes out lavender and its a true baby blue
