Its me standing in the need of help and probably more.

Every time I click on Dave's Garden in my favorites the File Download window comes up which says "some files can harm your computer". This is not only with Dave's Garden but almost everything else even when I am not planning to download. There is small box with a check mark in it which says "allways ask", I remove the check mark but next time I do anything it is right back there and the check mark showing. What in the heck do I do to stop it?
