Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Good morning!

Well, I know some of you are up already... so that probably means I should be going to bed! 3 am here in the Golden State (How about brown drab state? At least that's what this part of CA always looks about this time of year.).

Looking for someone to mow/bale/haul away hay from our TN property. Not even land barrons for a month and we already have management problems ;-) If anyone knows anyone, I'd just as soon let them have the hay & etc. for free just so the mowing would get done...

DS got a little overzelous washing dishes this evening, and now my rosemarry starts are full of dish water. Drained them, but they're still pretty soggy. Oh, well, if they don't make it, I'll just, uhm, trim some more off of the plants at work (it grows wild around the office buildings where ever there is a hint of sunlight). I suppose I should be happy that he even washes dishes ;-)

Hope everyone's aches, pains and bodily anoyances that creap up with growing older feels better. It amazes me the things that some of you can get done under such circumstances. Eva Mae, I especially feel pooped out after reading about a typical day of yours!

Lisa/LauraM - you & the 90* + weather around here have inspired me. I've got about a foot of mane to donate. It's got a good chunk of grey in it, but at least they can sell it and use the procedes from that. Rather have my tresses do something useful than be swept into a sack bound for the land fill...

Ok, now I guess I better get me off to bed - Sunday breakfast is my meal to cook (my daughters are teaching me to cook so that when they leave home, their brother and father will not starve). DH will have everyone up by 6 am if he has his way, so I can probably get away with sleeping in until 7 before they're all showered and awake :-)

Take care, everyone! Counting my blessings!
