I'm tryin to find out what these little white spots are all over my patatoe leafs! I see a few tiny black bugs on the leaves but I can't see how a few little bugs could do all this damage! I have two rows and both rows have the spots on the leaves. Any help would be much appreciated!
It might be flea beetles. I wouldn't worry about it, the potatoes will grow fast in spite of the damage.

Place aluminum foil or pie pans under the plates. If it is flea bettles they will leave because their reflections confuse them and they don't know up from down. I'd also spray with a hot pepper/garlic solution. Generic Listerine mouth wash will get rid of aphids.
