Zowie, peach tree (and my plum tree) is overloaded. Fruit is coming on and in an effort to get them before the squirrels do I've been picking a few when colorful but still slightly hard. Was hoping to can some but have never done that (only maters, salsa, etc).
Think I can simply water bath these babies? Hot pack? Cold pack? Add sugar?
Any tips/tricks out there?
