Not sure what to do in your climate but I'm sure someone will come along and let you know really soon :)
If you feel like it, message me on MSN
hey hon. pot it up, it's ready to be feed and grow for you. It's small, I'm sorry, it's all I had that was rooted. But it will grow very fast. the V. is for versicolor.
Oh, Ok. I aint complainin. At least I dont have to wait for seeds to sprout. What should I feed it?
Flo, sweetie, I had three dr appts today, and I am exHAUSTED... and on my way to bed as we speak.
oh sorry, you go rest and catch me tomorrow if you get a chance :)
Congrats Lavanda! It's all brug lined highway from here on out. LOL
Lavanda, I think we all do it a bit different, but I feed every 3 days with Peter's 20-20-20.
Waiting on first time blooms myself---got lots of cuttings from such generous STRANGERS even last fall/winter-- *shame I croaked of them in ignorance* :( -it wasnt just the brugs that made me stick around--was kinna amazed at the goodwill and comedy, and sometimes compassion as others go across bridges that we all must face at some point. Still a newbie by far here---but look forward to a cup of coffee n seeing whats goin on round here too.
Lavanda--Up in Dallas I would put it in a large pot that you can sink in th ground. Then pull it out for the winter. I'm outside of Austin and I've gotten lucky and mine have come back but only because I cover them like a 3 ft snow is comin'. I have toooooo much stuff to bring in.
