Today was pretty good, I still wanted to eat at 10am and 3pm, and I had a piece of low fat chesse in the afternoon. I can wait for meals, and also stop before I am full because it takes about 20 minutes to begin to feel full. If I eat my set meal and then stop before I am full, then in about 10 minutes, I am full and don't want anymore. Please check in if you wish to post anything today.
