June 17 Daily

Penfield, NY(Zone 6a)

Hi everyone. I haven't been posting. I haven't been dieting either but have been very busy. Summer finally has come to Rochester. I've been busy doing all the outdoor stuff. Hiking is wonderful. Festivals going on - went to a Rose Festival. The Fledgling Falcons are about ready to learn to fly and I've been going downtown to watch and I'm as addicted to them as I am to gardening. They should fly this week. Garden Tours are starting up. The winter is so bad here that the pace of my life slows and that's when the weight starts to move up. Summers here are so active that I don't seem to gain and even lose. The problem is nice weather is here maybe 4 months if we are lucky. I'm sure it's like that for many people especially those of us living north of the Mason Dixon. It is wonderful to hear the success stories because that tells me it's definitely doable with enough desire and support and good eating habits. Pebble, I can understand your stomach butterflies. I've moved overseas once and moved many times in my life and it is upsetting to the system.
Sorry so long. This is my week's worth. Everyone have a successful day!
