Pristine

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Started opening last night and I just caught this picture between rains. Last year it didn't have much fragrance, but this bloom smells great.

Brugie: She's a beauty and you've got more coming. Mine hasn't y'd yet, but is getting taller. Glad she has more scent. We haven't had a drop of rain, send some up, need a shower.

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

Oh, that second shot, where is the aroma. I can almost smell it.

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Brugie I guess your getting the rains too sure makes it hard to garden. Great pic!

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Oh Shirley!!! I likey! I'm glad she smells better for you this year, makes it worth stompin' in the mud. :)

I still love the whites.

Wow! Love that ruffled edge :)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

This is one I grew from one of Kyle's crosses. I like it a lot and the size of the blooms is quite large. I still need to watch it to see if it will hold up well in the heat. Last year it was in full sun and did fairly well. This year it gets "some" afternoon shade. At least it has fragrance this year.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Brugie its one sibling, that also bloomed last year was "Inca Moon"..its very heat and wind resistant.Few bugs either.

Want me to send you some bugs? The only kind that bothered it was the cucumber beetles and I think that the Enstar II might take care of them this year. I just hate spraying that stuff. It is too strong for me.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

LOL! No bugs please!! :-)

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

Brugie, this one is just gorgeous!
I know I differ from everyone else, but the 'whites' have always been my favourites.
Pure, simple, and lovely.
I love how they look at twilight, especially.

Tonasket, WA(Zone 5a)

Brugie, what a apt name for such a beautiful white. Great photo, I can almost smell it. I have one bud showing on my Shredded White. Donna

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Shirley, very nice indeed.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Thanks, but Kyle gets the credit. I just grew it and I asked him to name it, so this is his baby, he just doesn't have one. LOL!!

FSH, TX

Heat resistant gets an A in my book. We need more brugs that are heat resistant. Those that can stand full sun are all the better. I've seen just a few in San Antonio that can withstand this heat we have here in the full sun. I like that white by the way and I don't like too many whites. Just wish I could have some of the fragrance come through this computer.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Ms. Brugie, your place looks great....looks like a lot of brugs getting to blooming size in the back ground. i like yours and its sibling....

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

I love the shape of the flower.

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

Im in love with the name too-----------------can almost conjure up its image from the name alone, bet the blooms fairly glow at night. cheryl

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Pure white, reminds me of a "moon" flower.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

It is showy at night. Since it has EP in its background, I pollinated it with EP again last night. I'd love to see one with this shape and size in pink.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

That cross sounds like a "winner".
