okay maybe i have the right forum for this now My hibiscus fell away from the old growth from the heavy rain and probably the 200 bloom buds on each stalk What should i do about it leave it or try to pull it up?

Leave it alone. If you try to pull it up, it might break away totally.
I leave mine alone and they always fall down..they still bloom great so not to worry if it lays down. :-)
It may even straighten up with time. Why don't you stake the individual pieces and I bet as they age they will gain the strength to stay up. That's what I would do if it were in my yard.
You can very gently lift them up, and place a support under them for a couple of weeks. They should revive themselves within the month in the heat.
