If first the cat tilt the pot on the floor, so the top breake off and then the dog trample on it, so that the stem breake, then there is not much to loose by treating it as any other cutting *lol* Here is a late comes of the Hofwil x KBS (Kurbad Salschlirf) ...

... I named this cross Hofwil x aurea Orange earlier, but found out that Gommer send KBS under the other name, so now its Hofwil x KBS. Its rooted in short time and note that there are roots under the leaves as well. That`s one happy seedling now :) :) :) :)

Yes, Frannie. For a moment I thought it was lost and I was so amazed when I checked on it today seeing all those roots. I thought I would share in case there was other with bad luck with seedlings. Maybe it can also be used with seedlings that catch stem rot (falling disease)?

That seedling was meant to be special. If it can make it through all of that, it will probably be one of the best surprises in your garden this year.

half the joy of gardening are the suprises--volunteer punpkins---volenteer petunias-------but then again half the reason I curse and sighhh in my garden comes from suprises too :S snakes---weird orange fungus that bubbles up out of nowhere? any idea what that stuff is anyway? soryy to hijack your post Tonny------looks like your seeds is made of good stuff.
