Two Minor Problems or Inconviences.

Hi All,
My first inconvience: I have Print Screen, MSN Messenger and Weather Bug all showing at the bottom right on my status bar under the time. I just as soon that they are there but every time I start my computer each one opens a window which I have to delete before going any farther. This did not happen in the past and don't know why now. I want them where I can start them but don't want them to do it on their own.
My second inconvience: For some reason my status bar is enlarged, about three times wider that it was. Before everything by the clock was on the same level with the clock and in front of it. Now those items take up two rows below the time. There are six items. Everything over by the Start icon is still on same line with the Start Icon. Whatever I have open is shown one line down from the Start icon. Would like to be back to using just the one line on status bar.
None of this is major but a little annoying.
