Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I am going to try spray that is sold for tomatoes to keep the blossoms on. I am wondering if any change in the weather, from warm to colder has any effect? Mine was inside on the table, SE windows, furnace working. It formed buds two different times, dropped off, before growing vry much. Temps., everything should have remained pretty much the same the whole time?????

Will keep trying, I won't give up that easy!

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

I think Monika is right though, a defective brug it is. we'll see if not paying attention will help it bloom cause i sure am ignoring mine, it's last year for me.

Dripping Springs, TX

You go Gloria! Keep it up! I bet you'll luv HG into submission...:o)

Arlene-I've threated mine, moved mine, not watered, over watered, under and over fertized and almost danced nekkidd in the moonlight to get it to perform. It is still the same size as when I got it from Glory. I think Glory did something to it to get me back for over paying on shipping. Luv you Biloxi Belle!

That is just so sad, Barb. So close, but then they dropped :(

btw. if anyone think of getting rid of their HG or have a spare cutting I can pay advance to cover for postage. I intent to try a few tricks that may or may not work to keep it blooming. My e-mail is brugmansia@brugmansia.dk :)

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Oh Barbara, I hate to hear that. I just knew you would get a bloom to open. I guess we need to find out what is causing the rot at the top of the bud.
