yay for you!!!!! what kinna crosses are they?---I have been given many much seeds that were crossed but didnt keep up with what was what------I have the organizational skills of a four year old. :S actually i have the patience of one too cuz I labeled the seedlings as i planted them in their cups over the winter, but was so excited to have warm weather n dirty hands that I couldnt make myself slow down n make markers of what was what--so now they are forever mystery mix brug.
Tracey thats wonderful. Cala will be a brug-grandma soon! lol I just know out of all her crosses there will be some beauties this year.

Miracle grow Excel, and watering three times a day! Time for a new pot! Susie they look so good, and one of them is so fuzzy, even the buds on it are fuzzy!

How exciting to have them go from seed to bloom in such a short time. Can hardly wait to see them.
Tracey, you seedlings look great. So healthy and to have bloom already is what I call having great success. Congrats and I hope you will be posting some pictures after they bloom. Bet they will be really great. Whiskers is one of my many favorites.
I am glad to hear somebody else say Whiskers is one of their favorites I love that one.
OK datdog, I won't tell you they were planted 2003, so don't look! (Shocked me too!) I can't wait to see them bloom. Shirley you can really see Whiskers traits in these, but they are Y'ing at 3 1/2 to 4 ft, this is what Susie wanted them to do. Just think Eventides's color and Whiskers tendrils, wouldn't that be dreamy.
I have some seeds that should ripen soon of Eventide X Bert. I think I will send those to Tracey, she seems to have the magic touch!
Might be a good idea Susie. She sure is getting bud faster than the rest of us.

That is so impressive! So what is Miracle Grow Excel? Is htat 2 kinds of fertilizer or a special MG, Tracey?
And do your brugs dry out 3 times a day or are you force drinking them.......
And girls I just got home and I have about 75 emails from just tonight................. LOL!

Tracy, I must admit that Cala is right, that you have the magic touch. Its fantastic to see how large you have grown these seedlings since February and I am thrilled that there already is buds :)

Tracey, It's amazing they are blooming so early. Mine are about the same age and not even y'd yet.With my short growing season I sure need to get some of that Miracle Gro Excel if that's what did it. Is that your greenhouse? It looks huge.

I looked for Mirale Grow Excel today and did not find any? I have some of that same cross but I still have a ways to go to catch up to those.

Thank you for all the nice comments, they are sitting in the greenhouse were I am now working full-time, dry-docking the nursing shoes for a while (BURN-OUT). They are happy so I will just leave them there for a while, I was so suprized to get back from Roz's and have buds! Maybe blooms next week....

Question #1 : I don't know yet, but it is looking better!! Y'all just keep praying for me!
Question #2 : Miracle Grow Excel, I believe is only a professional mix. They other thing is I moved they from flats they were started in right into a gallon pot, and moved them today to a three gallon. They were drying out that fast Kell, so on the days were we fertilize, they are getting fed three times.
Question #3 : No ROIDS! It gives them a bad attitude!

Brugie, it used to be made by "Peter's" but then Scotts(the people who own Miracle Grow now) bought out Peter's. It's especially formulated for soilless mixes(peat based potting soil).
Is is available anywhere to purchase? I guess I should ask if it is different from Peters that we can buy and what is different about it? Geez, stupid questions, I know.
I have looked in 3 stores so far with no luck.
Try a greenhouse supply, one that supplies the big houses. Excel may only come in 17 or 20lb bags. If you can't find Excel, look for one called "Master Blend".

shoot, an expensive UPS if we can get someone to buy it for us! A friend sent me some prof fertilizer UPS, a huge bag. It is fantastic. I use it sparingly. When I do use it, they just shoot up! I should go look at the name. He gets it from a huge place in Florida that is on the net but you have to pick it up.
