Is decoupage weather-proof? Will it stick to a rock?
I have read a cute idea for making plant markers. Take a stone with a flat
surface, and paint the name of the plant on it, spray with a clear protectant
and place. I thought maybe it would be pretty to take that idea in another
direction and use a print or even something I do on my printer with card stock
and then decoupage it on the rock.Am I making sense?
