This is Sugar_fl on Greenwoods puter.....

Yesterday I turned my puter off. When I turned it back on my monitor won't wake up. I turn puter & monitor on & the dial light on the monitor is green with a message on the black screen to check the signal. Then the light on the monitor goes amber. Is this a problem with the puter or monitor? Either way is this terminal?
