Lahvash...wow, is that good stuff! I was at Wal-Mart this a.m. and saw the lady at the deli counter wraping up something, so I asked her what it was, she told me Lahvash. I came home and did a search on it and found it was of Turkish orgin. I also found various recipes of it, do you have an 'real' recipe for it? I am thinking I would like to make Lahvash wraps with goat cheese and sell them at the Farmers Market...yum!
