thick yellow margins on leaves?

anyone know what causes this? there is more yellow around the edge of the leaves then there is green, its developing on several seedlings, but all are from different crosses. the leaves look variegated.

Please, can you post a picture from these leaves? There are many reasons for.
Too wet, too less fertilizer, virus,PH,and so on.
