on one of my house plants i have noticed there are white dots at the bottom of the stem does any one know what this is and is it harmful to itself and plants around
white dots on the stem help please
If the spots are cottony and rub off, they are probably mealy bugs, and that is bad. However, there are all sorts of insecticides you can buy to get rid of them and that don't smell terrible.
