new problem...when I try to download it tells me to restart and log on to computer. This is a dead end as when I recieved my computer from this fly by night company it says user name and log on password....I simply click the x in the top right hand corner and windows opens up and I access the internet. Attempting to re-run program again results in a dead end loop.
I need a way to by pass or recreate a new user password and log on password evidently. Any suggestions? I don't want to format as I don't have the drivers for this computer and the computer company is states away.
