After too many days of hard rain I was finally able to get my 130 brugs out of the greenhouse to sit for a family portrait :-) Of course the wave petunias had to sneek into the picture.
Family portrait
Wow Padre those all look great! Nice and healthy!
Padre, that is wonderful....you are going to have one spectacular garden once those are all blooming....
Wow Padre! Those look terrific. So big and healthy. You sure do have a green thumb.
OH NO!!!
They are way to neat and orderly, you have to scramble them up a little to confuse the aphids!!!
Its as neat as Snows GH......
I'm too ashamed to show you guys mine......
Padre, the Brugs look sooooo happy there, will they all fit in the GH when they are 9 foot tall at the end of summer?LOL
And wasn't that rain aweful? It hasn't quit in 4 days,(with more predicted),the only good thing was that I took all the brugs out in it and they all got a nice shower
CC we would love to see pictures of yours. I've never seen a bad Brug picture. :)
I am so impressed. They look so great. I need lessons.........ASAP!
Are these all seedlings?? You've done a fine job!
Padre,
You have done a super job there....looks beautiful.
Wow,Padre...looking good!
What can I say but wow?!?! Your hard work has truly paid off. I am green with envy. :)
Looks to me like they are all lined up to ship one by one to each of your DG friends ;)
That is a very cool picture! I like the wave petunias bringing some color to it.
Padre, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your brugs look very good.
I wish a very early brugbloomingtime to you and your "family".
Padre, they look wonderful and so healthy. You are going to beautify the city with the best.
Congrats indeed Padre. If those are seedlings could we inquire as to what crosses you have going?
I love potted plants that are lined up neatly. Nothing cleaner and more appealing.
CC - does shuffling plants around really confuse the aphids? I need something to confuse them and quickly!
I found aphids on one of my roses and my honeysuckle tonight. Hit them hard with the water hose and will spray tomorrow. Hate those critters about as bad as mites.
Gee Brugie......give me aphids any day! Just dish soap and water gets rid of them.
Yowzers! Those are a lot of very healthy looking brugs! I'm so totally impressed and envious! You did very well with them. Congratulations! Any secrets you'd care to share?
I can only say "Wow" Those would fill my entire yard and some..........LOL
Fabulous!..What fine looking "family" you have Padre!
So is that where they will spend the summer?
Just like that..a great display?
Wow! Padre. Good work! Its hard to see it is the same seedlings that you posted from your GH`s table. They have grown so much since :)
Padre, this is really a great picture!!! I wish mine would line up all neat and orderly like that! LOL!
Padre,Your hard work shows!!very nice!
Padre Nice very Nice, I think I could use a lesson or two or three or four. Gardening truly does make you look forward to the the future.
they look wonderful. Mine is ratty, has holes in the leaves, but still growing. Do you still have the 2 you labeled to send to me in exchange for the ajuga? E-mail me if you have lost my address.....
Woodspirit1, you have e-mail. The ajuga is doing fine and wants to be remembered to you :-) It has already doubled in quantity with those runners going out and starting new families of their own. Thank you.
Padre, they look wonderful. They remind me of a grade one class picture. Everyone spiffed up and standing tall.
Can you imagine, having the entire grounds sitting there waiting for you to plant! My illness would be so out of control! Let see how many Padre does next year......... lol! I bet he is already trying to figure out how to get more plants into his GH!
Very nice Padre. All your plants look very healthy and thriving. You have done a wonderful job raising these.
I just love this picture. In my next life, I would like a DH with your ability and interest in plants.
The University Gardener just gave me permission to put some of the brugs about the University grounds !! I'll keep the brugs near my own building (which is not part of the university) so I can water them (reel long hose :-). The grounds crew doesn't water very often. They leave that to Apollo.
