Burning Kareoke copies?

I tried burning a copy of a Kareoke for a friend and it will only copy the music and not the visual for the tv. Is there a program that you can get to help do this? I have the Prassi Primo CD Plus program with my CD Writer. I have searched through the program and cant find anything that will let me do this. Can anyone help me with this.
