Palm-type plants for zone 7B

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

Ok, I admit, new to this forum, so please bear with me!
Does anyone know where to find and what type of Palms or Palm-types can be hardy here? I know I've seen some in Atlanta!

Thanks for your patience!
Vi

Hi,

I'm new too. I haven't tried any myself, but check out plantdelights.com. They're located in zone 7b and have several palm-type plants that they report are hardy in their zone 7b garden. Good Luck.

Here's some that do well in zone 7:

Hummmmn, any comments about the others from 'real' experience? Wonder if the 'Jelly Palm' is too messy and how fast these things grow, like, in what's left of my lifetime?
