Ok, I admit, new to this forum, so please bear with me!
Does anyone know where to find and what type of Palms or Palm-types can be hardy here? I know I've seen some in Atlanta!
Thanks for your patience!

Glory....what a beautiful peaceful place!!!!!
Hi,
I'm new too. I haven't tried any myself, but check out plantdelights.com. They're located in zone 7b and have several palm-type plants that they report are hardy in their zone 7b garden. Good Luck.
Here's some that do well in zone 7:
Rhapidophyllum hystrix (Needle Palm) Zone 6-10
http://www.plantdelights.com/Catalog/Current/Detail/01087.html
Sabal minor (Scrub Palm) Zone 7-10

Trachycarpus fortunei (Chinese Windmill Palm) Zone 7-9

Here's a great website of hardy palms:

Hummmmn, any comments about the others from 'real' experience? Wonder if the 'Jelly Palm' is too messy and how fast these things grow, like, in what's left of my lifetime?
Viola, check this link: http://davesgarden.com/t/380942/
Thanks, Lupi!
Homework, homework, homework.
