Well Hello everyone,
I have certainly felt like the weekend farmer lately. Way behind with everything. Counting the years till retirement when I will have a little more control over my life. Maybe anyway.
I think I mentioned getting flats on my new tractor after mowing thorn trees down. The guys came and fixed them Thursday. They were down again, so I got to experiment with my new compressor last evening. We put sealant in the tires, so supposedly, blowing up the tires and driving the tractor around would help. I am anxious to get some work done that I haven't been able to without a tractor.
I bought some grape vines the other day. Can't decide where to put them. The goats are so amazing at stripping anything along the fences. I would love to find someone to lease out my goats to clear brush. The goats have killed some thorn trees by eating the bark around the tree. The big storm blew some of those down.
